Services
Meridian Freight Inc. provides John Deere parts sourcing, quoting, and international shipping services. We source OEM and aftermarket parts from authorized suppliers in the United States and Europe. All quotes provided through our website, WhatsApp, or email are estimates and subject to confirmation. Final pricing, availability, and lead times are confirmed upon order approval.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote document. Prices may change due to supplier pricing updates, currency fluctuations, or changes in shipping costs. We will notify you of any price changes before processing your order.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed-upon payment terms. We accept wire transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. Payment terms for recurring customers may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. All payments must be received in full before shipment unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines vary by destination, order size, and parts availability. We provide tracking information for all shipments. Shipping costs are quoted separately and depend on the destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes.
Returns and Warranty
OEM parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Custom or special-order parts may not be eligible for return.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of part numbers, descriptions, and pricing on this website. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without notice. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
